3. Contract Agreement & Project Initiation: Once you approve the final design and quote, a signed contract along with a 50% down payment is required to formally initiate your project. This green-lights our engineering and fabrication teams.
4. Precision Engineering & Fabrication: Your custom building plans move through our advanced engineering department for final detailing, followed by precise custom fabrication of all steel components in our USA facility.
5. Delivery Coordination: We will coordinate the delivery of your complete custom building kit directly to your construction site. Following the receipt of your signed contract, building delivery is typically within 14 to 16 weeks.
6. Construction & Support: With your custom-engineered kit on site, your chosen construction team can begin erection. Our team remains available for support and guidance throughout the build process.
