Josh is the Chief Operating Officer of Indaco Metals. In 1991 he graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1993. After 8 years with Charles Machine Works (Ditch Witch), including responsibilities as: Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer Manager, Custom Products Manager, and finally as Specialty Engineering, Josh joined his father at Indaco Metals. His responsibilities include all phases of operations. He takes great pride in Indaco Metals quality pre-engineered building packages and products and in the company's ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
